Candace Nicole Clark is the heart and hands behind Soul Sauce Kitchen. A licensed esthetician, herbalist, and chef with over 7 years of culinary experience, Candace has dedicated her life to making food that heals, fuels, and tastes amazing.

Originally from Los Angeles and now proudly based in Las Vegas, Candace created Soul Sauce Kitchen to fill the gap in truly nourishing, alkaline vegan food — especially for communities seeking better options without compromising on flavor.

Her journey began with Sea Moss Life Inc., where she handcrafted natural skincare and wildcrafted herbs before transitioning into the food manufacturing space. What started as a single snack, Crunchy Mushies, quickly became a movement — one rooted in self-love, healing, and delicious, whole ingredients.

From farmers markets to celebrity kitchens, Candace now leads a brand trusted by everyday people and high-profile clients alike. She cooks every dish in cast iron, in a clean, private commercial kitchen, and pours intention into everything she touches — because she believes food should feel good, inside and out.
